Refund and Returns Policy

Since these are digital goods and we are not approved vendors, it’s critical to know what to do in the event of an issue.

Purchase

You must first pay for the product because it is a digital download. If you have any concerns about trust, please carefully review our community, website, and page. After payment, we usually send the product right away, however for certain products, it might take as little as one hour or as much as twenty-four hours.

Refund Policy

Refunds or returns are not available after a product has been delivered. To restate, once a purchase or delivery is confirmed, there are no refunds or returns available. You can only get a refund if we don’t deliver. After delivery if any problem arises we will solve the problem or replace it with the same product. If we can’t replace the product, you will get a refund, in which case we will have to give a maximum of 30 days to replace the product.

The refund will receive the same percentage of the original payment as the percentage of the warranty remaining.

Insha’Allah, we will provide a complete guarantee for the goods in the event that there are any problems with it after purchase. Certain items, however, have a specified warranty duration, beyond which we are unable to provide one. We will also not provide a warranty if any guidelines included with our delivery are broken during the warranty time.
You may select any other product from our website, but you may only select one, in the event that we are unable to supply you with a replacement product or account under warranty.

Exchange

If we are unable to supply the first product, then we are merely required to give a substitute or one of equal value.
After being used for a while, a product cannot be returned for a different one. Additionally, we rarely encounter issues with our products, and when issues do arise, we generally provide a warranty.
